Remembrance Sunday
This weekend we keep Remembrance with solemn gratitude and hope.
Across our churches and communities, we gather to honour the men and women who gave their lives in the service of peace, and to stand alongside all who continue to bear the cost of conflict.
As we lay wreaths, keep silence, and hold names before God, we remember not only the past but also our calling in the present: to work and pray for reconciliation, justice, and lasting peace in our world.
May our remembrance strengthen our resolve to be peacemakers in the name of Christ.

Safeguarding Sunday 16th November
Churches are invited to come together to reflect on their safeguarding journey, and highlight all the good work that is being done to create safer places in our church buildings. The Great Switch
The national Church of England will be encouraging parishes to think about – and pledge to – switching to a green energy tariff. In making the switch you will be contributing to a 78% decrease in the CofE’s overall carbon emissions.
